Felipe Withaker de Assumpção has a LLB-Bachelor in Laws degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de San Pablo.
In 1979, he moved to London, starting a 15 years career within the Financial Market. He worked in the areas of Corporate and Financial Banking of prestigious institutions such as : West Deutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, Valbrás Bank (associated with CCF), Iochep Bank/Bankers Trust. He has also worked at Crefisul as responsible for the Mergers and Acquisitions area and later he joined the Multiplic Bank as Deputy Director of Corporate Finance.
In 1994, he began his career in Executive Search as Principal, then Partner with Korn/Ferry International. He has been responsible for Business Development in the Financial and Manufacturing segments.
In 1999, he is called by Spencer Stuart to join them as Country Manager.
During all these years within Executive Search firms, he worked for all sort of industries, such as : Financial Institutions, Consumer Goods, Civil Building and Construction, Infrastructure and Manufacturing.
Since 2005, Felipe Assumpçáo has opened A2Z Consultants in Human Resources together with Gladys Zrncevich and Giselle Zaha. The firm is based in Sao Paulo and is part of the Leaders Trust International network.
