Rekha Koshy, Director
With about a dozen years overall experience, Rekha has spent the last nine years in the executive search profession. Based in Bombay, she leads the Media & Communications search practice at Accord. She was actively involved with building the practice and now focuses on top level mandates in this space, and additionally works in the consumer and services practice.
Her previous experience has been with Maersk (leaders in international transportation) and with a leading event management firm. Rekha holds a post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from the Bombay University.
