Harold has approximately a decade of experience in recruitment at senior and senior middle levels, with local and international search firms. Based in Bangalore, he is responsible for building the practice for the firm in the IT & ITES capital of the country. Apart from senior management searches across practices, he has significant experience in recruiting specialists for IT product companies and in the infrastructure space.
Prior to joining Accord, Harold headed Management Resourcing for Ernst & Young in Bombay where he was involved in sourcing senior professionals for companies across sectors. Harold has studied Engineering in Bombay.
