Sonal has over a dozen years experience in executive search & selection in India and currently manages the India practice for Accord. Based in Bombay, she joined the group in 1993 and was responsible for setting up the executive search practice, focusing on senior level search mandates across industries.
Apart from national business development across sectors for Accord in India, she leads the Professional & Financial Services practice, working in investment banking, commercial banking, retail financial services and other areas with clients of repute.
Sonal has served on the boards of ABC Consultants, ABC Singapore and Watson Wyatt India. She is a member of the Bombay Chapter of YPO, (Young Presidents Organisation) a peer network of 9,500 young global leaders in 75 nations.
Sonal earned her B.Sc in Economics, followed by an MBA from the London Business School, UK.
