An MBA from London Business School, Sonal has 16 years experience in executive search & selection in India and manages Accord Group India. She serves on the main management committee for AltoPartners as the Asia-Pacific in charge. In 2008, Sonal was named by Businessweek as one of the 150 Most Influential Headhunters in the World.
Based in Bombay, she joined the group in 1993 and was responsible for setting up the executive search practice, focusing on senior level search mandates across industries. Apart from client engagement across sectors for Accord in India, she leads the Professional & Financial Services practice and personally runs searches in the investment banking area.
She has served on the boards of ABC Consultants India, ABC Consultants Singapore and Watson Wyatt India. She is a member of the Bombay Chapter of YPO, (Young Presidents Organization) a peer network of 20,000 young global leaders in 100 nations.
