Jan De Tremerie has a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Ghent. Jan started his professional career as a Market Researcher, he became Qualitative Research Director and Marketing Consultant, next he held a management consultancy function in HR with KPMG. He was responsible for important organizational development projects, leadership development programmes and coaching projects with top 500 companies and authorities. Jan has a broad international experience : Europe, Eastern Europe & Russia, Asia and USA. He´s experienced in both public and private sector. In 2006 he joined Accord Group & Partners as a partner.
