Stephan Soens graduated as a Licentiate in Psychology. He started his professional career in the recruitment world. Meanwhile he acquired a 20 years´ experience in recruiting a varied number of profiles from middle management to top executives in a diversity of sectors.
He works for top 500 customers and he gains a reputation of being a true professional in search & selection. In 2006 Stephan joined Accord Group Belgium.
