Carole Deffez brings more than ten years of experience in the Healthcare Sector to her role as a Consultant in Leaders Trust International.
A graduate in Political Sciences, Business post-graduate degree from IAE (Business University), she joined the University of Columbia, MO, USA, for a year before graduating from ESSEC (Top French Business School) with a post-graduate Master in Marketing Management.
Before moving into Executive search, she started her career in Marketing for Danone, Paris, then spent four years in Rome, working in the communication field for Government and International Organizations. In 1996 she was appointed Head of the Pharmaceutical Division of the Institute for International Research, Paris, conceiving and developing international conferences dedicated to Senior Executives of the industry.
Prior to joining Leaders Trust International, she was Life Sciences Senior Associate of Spencer Stuart, Paris, where she specialized in recruiting senior executives and successfully served clients such as Pharmaceutical, Biotech, OTC, Medical Device and Veterinary Companies.
In 2006, she joined Leaders Trust International (1), in Paris, in order to create and develop the Life Sciences Practice. (1) LTI is a member of AltoPartners, a large independent executive search network.
