Véronique Le Dreff holds a post-graduate degree in History (Sorbonne) and Education (Sorbonne-Nouvelle). She starts her career at TV5, a French speaking channel as a Chargée de Mission, in charge of the training Department.
Afterwards she joins AOL, the main internet provider, as a Project Manager. In 2000, she joins Progress, a French leading firm in Executive Search and affiliated to the IIC Partners network. She conducted many assignments in the banking and financial services as well as IT. She worked closely with the Chairman of the company, especially in the insurance sector.
In 2005, she joins Leaders Trust International, as a member of the Financial and Insurance Services practice. She is also the author of a book introducing diversified and technical IT positions.
