Pablo Birbrayer is Principal at Leaders Trust Argentina; he performs in executive search and management assesment.
Before joining LTI, he was Senior Consultant at Drake Beam Morin (DBM) Argentina, being in charge of Corporate Marketing and Executive Search. Previously, he was Senior Associated at Heidrick & Struggles, position he held for 5 years. At that time he participated in over 70 searches – including CEO’s searches- both in Argentina and Latin America (Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, and Miami).
Previously, he performed in the Human Resources areas for companies such as Trenes de Buenos Aires, Hospital Británico, and the Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).
Pablo got his bachelor degrees of sociology and organizational anthropology from the Unversidad de Buenos Aires, and has a Master in Human Resources from IDEA. He speaks English and Spanish.
