Marta Jablonska (Szypowska) is a Partner with Accord Group, responsible for the Consumer Goods & Services / Retail / Luxury Goods industry practice group, specifically in Poland & Russia. Marta joined Accord Group ECE in 2006, based in Russia dedicated to Senior Executive Search assignments in Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries. Prior joining the Executive Search Industry, Marta was in the field of market research and marketing intelligence with various multinational companies. Besides her experience in market research, Marta is also experienced within marketing and PR fields. She successfully run assignments for numerous clients, both local and international, most often in retail and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. She managed projects in Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
She holds a MA degree in Political Marketing from the Warsaw University. Marta speaks Russian, English & Polish.
