Member of Milan AltoPartners office.
Paolo has a university degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent the first seven years of his career in operational, commercial and management roles with Alfa Romeo, Fiat Auto and Europ Assistance.
He spent the next seven years helping to develop Mercuri Urval’s Italian search business. Paolo joined Trevisearch in 2001 and is the practice leader for technology and industry. He is also responsible for all IT-related appointments.
In AltoPartners, Paolo is the International Coordinator of the IMEU (Industry, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities) worldwide practice.
