Caude, Jean-Philippe

Graduate from H.E.C. Business School and a Master in Economy from the Paris University, Jean-Philippe Caude started his career in 1968 with Procter and Gamble in Marketing.
In 1974, he joined Playtex as Director of Marketing, first in France, then in Canada, before becoming Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division back in France. He joined Hachette in 1980, in charge of new ventures of the Press group and managed the Film and TV Division.
He entered executive search in 1983 with Korn/Ferry as a Vice President in Paris. In 1986, he founded Beigbeder Caude & Partners and expanded the firm internationally, together with US and UK Partners, into the Accord Group.
Since 1997, he is a Partner of Leaders-Trust International.
