Ariel Urcola leads the argentine operation of Leaders Trust International, and is active in executive search and management appraisals.
Before establishing Leaders Trust in Argentina, Ariel was, for six years Vice President Partner of Korn/Ferry International. His experience includes more than 100 successfully completed engagements in practices such as Financial Services, High Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Healthcare and Industrial.
From a functional standpoint, Ariel’s recruiting experience includes General Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Human Resources.
Prior to joining the executive search business, Ariel worked at Arthur Andersen for eleven years, where he successfully climbed the professional career ladder reaching the position of Engagement Manager. He gained sound experience in the consulting field by providing audit and management advising to major international and local consumer goods and services companies. As a member of the Human Resources Consulting Services area, he strengthened his skills in developing and implementing innovative human resources management tools.
Ariel has a Certified Public Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and Masters degrees in International Business and in International Economy obtained in Buenos Aires at the University of Belgrano in conjunction with the L’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees of France. He speaks Spanish and English.
