Before initiating his career in consultancy of executive search, Federico Poo worked in the field of Human Resources in companies like: Servicios Nacobre, Lanzagorta, Vitrocanceles, Casa Pedro Domecq in where he was Human Resources Strategic Planning Director, and at SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget) in where he was head of Human Resources for Mexico and Central America.
He just joined Leaders Trust International in 2007 to head the executive searches in the areas of Financial Services, Technology and Consumer Goods.
He has a BS in Industrial Relations at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA). Other studies at ITAM (Leadership diploma), Babson College, Boston (Business Leaders Program) and in 2000 at IPADE (Business Administration Diploma).
