Fiona Makowski started her career in Human Resources and has 17 years generalist experience, mainly in the financial services sector working with the Prudential, Churchill Insurance and MAI plc. Her experience led her into executive recruitment in 1997.
With nine years in search (with a particular strength in Insurance), she focuses on Retail Financial Services and Professional Services and has worked on Operations, Outsourcing, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR and a wide range of technical and specialist roles. Prior to joining Oxygen in 2006 she led a business unit at Korn/Ferry UK and was a Partner in the Financial Services practice of Whitehead Mann.
At Oxygen her sector focus is on Retail Financial Services, working on General Management appointments as well as senior functional roles in Sales, Marketing, HR Operations and IT.
