An Economics graduate from London University, Simon Bailey has extensive experience in executive search. His earlier career was with Norman Broadbent, where he was a Partner. He subsequently spent six years as a Partner with Whitehead Mann, where he was a member of the Industrial & Support Services Practice and Head of the firm’s CFO practice.
Throughout his career, Simon has focused on senior management and Board appointments spanning nearly all sectors including Consumer, Retail, Travel, Leisure, Industry, Technology and Business Services. He has acted for public companies as well as privately owned and private equity backed businesses.
He has worked within the Construction, Infrastructure & Support Services sectors recruiting General Managers, Commercial and Operations Directors as well as functional heads.
He has also appointed numerous CFO’s for FTSE companies, as well as working on functional head appointments including Divisional Finance Directors, Financial Controllers and more specialist areas such as Treasury, Tax, Audit, Risk Management, Shared Services and Value Based Management. He also recruits Non-Executive Directors to chair Audit Committees.
